The other job I would be undertaking is An audio engineer who works with the technical aspects of sound during the processes of recording, mixing, and reproduction. Audio engineers often assist record producers and musician to help give their work the sound they are hoping to achieve. They also studio engineers are responsible for maintaining equipment. They keep records of the gear used in specific recordings. They also set up and take down special equipment for sessions, and they report equipment problems such as broken kit components or defunct electronic circuitry.
What's the difference between a music producer and a engineer?
Both music producers and audio engineers work with music artists to create the sound they are looking for. However, music producers are in charge of what sounds will be included in a song/composition, while an audio engineer runs the sound board and other technical aspects.

research on 2 diffrent bits of technology
A synthesiser is an electronic musical instrument that generates audio signals. Synthesizers generate audio through methods including subtractive synthesis, additive synthesis, and frequency modulation synthesis. The first mass-produced synthesizer, the Yamaha DX7, was launched in 1983, popularizing digital synthesis.
The first electronic sound synthesizer was developed by the American acoustical engineers Harry Olson and Herbert Belar in 1955 at the Radio Corporation of America

The difference between a synthesizer:
A synthesizer is a device that generates sound. A keyboard is a device with black and white piano keys. Some synthesizers come with keyboard, some don't. If you buy a keyboard without synthesizer, usually called just a MIDI keyboard, you will not get sound unless you plug it in to a synthesizer

A drum machine is an electronic musical instrument that creates percussion sounds, drum beats, and patterns.Drum machines may imitate drum kits or other percussion instruments, or produce unique sounds, such as synthesized electronic tones. Most modern drum machines allow users to program their own rhythms and beats. In 1980, Roger Linn created a pioneering invention he called the Linn LM-1 Drum Computer - the first drum machine in history to use samples. |
